Children’s Ministry at Desert Streams Church is called KidsLink.  We partner with parents to connect kids to God so they can reach our world with the Good News of Jesus.   We value the uniqueness of each child and we strive to create a learning environment in which each child will feel comfortable.
  
In our ministry to kids, we value:
Safety: We do everything we can to keep children safe in all areas of our ministry.  Teachers and staff have gone through background checks and training for working with children.
Fun: We want the kids to enjoy being here.  We hope it will be the best time they have all week.  We have created a fun, comfortable, interactive and age-appropriate learning environment. 
Practical learning:  We design all teaching around practical application of Biblically-based principles to the lives of children.
Excellence: We have teachers and staff who love children and are well-trained and committed to excellence in their ministry.
